Living in Europe, you are almost certain to face a range of financial issues and decisions and in this website you will find information about some of the areas in which we can offer particular expertise.

Our business objective is to help you not only to build your personal wealth and financial security by sound planning but also to manage your assets in the most efficient way from the point of view of portfolio structure and capital taxation.

As you get older, devolving this money to your heirs without excessive taxation may assume an increasing importance and we can help you with that too.

We have devoted a lot of resources over the last few years to ensuring that our multilingual staff are trained and motivated to give you the best service that we can provide.

We always start with a free initial consultation to help you to clarify your personal goals.

LIMOSA RULES. OK?

From April 1st 2007 all foreign employees, self-employed persons and trainees have to declare their activities in Belgium to the authorities in advance - exactly as is already the case in other EU Member States.

This LIMOSA declaration is compulsory. It applies to all employees who come to Belgium temporarily or on a part-time basis, or for some one who comes to Belgium to exercise a self-employed activity without the intention to stay permanently.

Note that you do not need a LIMOSA certificate if you are already resident here (proven by your resident card and SIS card) and are registered at a Belgian Commune. The rules are still not very clear but our current opinion is that a LIMOSA certificate is so easy to obtain that you should make a declaration even if you intend to reside here permanently but have not yet registered. Once you have completed all the registration formalities it can be cancelled.

The person for whom the work is being performed or on whose premises the work is being carried out in Belgium may be prosecuted and fined with criminal and administrative sanctions, so it is important to ensure that you are in compliance.

For further information about your obligations please contact us.
